Dr. Bill, had a busy and successful General Surgery practice in the USA for 15 years.  He gave his life to Christ when he was 11 years old, and 3 years later at the age of 14, experienced a near-fatal accident that caused him to make a promise to God to “GO” anywhere and “DO” anything that God wanted.
